Bollywood actress and TV star Shehnaaz Gill recently addressed the speculation surrounding her relationship with Indian cricketer Shubman Gill. For a long time, many fans believed that the two were related in some way. The main reason for this was that both share the surname 'Gill' and hail from Punjab.

Shehnaaz Gill, who gained immense popularity from 'Bigg Boss 13,' recently appeared on Ranveer Allahbadia's podcast. When asked about her relationship with Shubman Gill, she responded in her usual playful and sweet way, winning the hearts of fans.

Shehnaaz smiled and said:

"He must be my brother, probably from our side, from Amritsar. When he trends, my name also starts trending. Seriously, there must be some kind of brother-sister connection."

She further clarified her point by saying,

"I asked myself and the answer I got was, 'We're from the same side. Shubman is like my brother, just a similar name. He's good, he's playing well, and he's very sweet.'"

Shehnaaz's answer made it clear that there's no family relationship between her and Shubman Gill. It's just a funny coincidence that both have the same surname and state (Punjab), which is what sparked this rumor.
