Very few cricketers in the world can say they have represented two different nations at the highest level, and Kim Garth is one of them. A story that began in Dublin, where she debuted for Ireland at just 14 years old, has now evolved into a career in the green and gold of Australia.

Garth has played more than 100 games for Ireland, won Cricket Ireland’s Player of the Year in 2015, and later became a dependable seamer for Victoria, the Melbourne Stars, and eventually Australia. Her career is a fascinating blend of youthful promise fulfilled and hard-earned maturity. As a right-arm medium-fast bowler, she thrives on accuracy, movement, and discipline rather than sheer pace. She has the knack of breaking partnerships with clever changes of length, often working batters into mistakes.

With the bat, she is a composed lower-order player, capable of rescuing an innings with handy cameos.
