Estadio El Alcoraz is a football stadium in the city of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. It is the home ground of the city's largest professional football club, SD Huesca. It was named after the Battle of Alcoraz, which took place there in 1096. It is located near the hill of San Jorge and has a capacity of 7,638 people. The stadium was designed and built by architect Raimundo Bambo. His work was funded by the then club president, José María Mur, who proposed the stadium and initiated the project, which lasted four years. The stadium cost approximately 15 million pesetas (approximately 90,000 euros).
