Yasir Arafat के दाएँ हाथ के खिलाड़ी हैं और Cricket में शीर्ष खिलाड़ियों में से एक के रूप में पहचाने जाते हैं.
Pakistani Yasir Arafat started off as a bowler who could bat but with some useful knocks lower down the order he was soon labeled an all-rounder. Originally an ODI specialist, he was more than useful in the longer format of the game as well.
Having previously played for the Pakistan Under-15 side, Arafat made his ODI debut in 2007 at the age of 17 against Sri Lanka in Karachi. In the 2004 Pakistan domestic season, he achieved a rare feat when he became the fourth bowler to pick five wickets in six balls. Following his good form Arafat was signed on to play for Scotland as their overseas player. He then returned to international cricket in 2005 for the home series against England followed by the series against India. Arafat moved to Sussex in 2006 and helped them win the double of the County Championship. The following year he signed on for Kent as their overseas player.
Arafat finally made his Test debut in 2007 against India in Bangalore and picked up wickets including a five-wicket haul and also scored some useful runs.
